  • 2 cups Filtered or Spring Water
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice ( Optional )
  • 1 tbsp Raw, Organic Honey
  • 0.5 tsp Ginger Powder or Fresh Ginger
  • Ice Cubes ( Optional )

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve 1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt in 2 cups of filtered water thoroughly.
  • Stir until the salt fully dissolves to avoid any graininess.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice for its health benefits and gentle acidity.
  • Mix in 1 tablespoon of raw honey to incorporate antioxidants and natural sweetness.
  • Optionally, add ginger powder or infused fresh ginger slices for metabolism support.
  • Stir everything together well.
  • Add ice cubes if you prefer a chilled drink.
  • Consume this drink on an empty stomach, ideally in the morning or before bedtime.
